تأكد من الحساب الذي يتم تشغيل البرنامج لديه الإذن لتثبيت الخدمات. يمكنك دائما "تشغيل كمسؤول" على البرنامج.

ولقد تضمنت أيضا العديد من الأوامر للوصول غير المعهد والتي لا تثبيت أو إزالة الخدمات، ولكن يمكنك قائمة بهم والسيطرة على العديد من (بدء أو إيقاف إعادة التشغيل). كنت حقا بحاجة فقط إلى رفع أذونات لتثبيت أو إزالة الخدمات.
