解决方案

好的，这里是我做了什么解决问题，除了上述步骤:

增加一个设定文件：settings.xml

<PartCoverSettings>
  <Target>nunit-console-x86.exe</Target>
  <TargetArgs>unittests.dll</TargetArgs>
  <Rule>+[*]*</Rule>
</PartCoverSettings>

运行这个命令行：

partcover --settings settings.xml --output out.xml

并产生一种XML文件。

我也不需要降到2.2.2.3似乎正常工作对我来说现在...
