Wie verwende ich das SwipeRefreshLayout?

Hintergrund
Google hat kürzlich veröffentlicht ein Update seiner Support-Bibliothek, das jetzt ein neues „SwipeRefreshLayout" Sicht.
Die Ansicht ermöglicht das Umschließen einer anderen Ansicht und unterstützt gleichzeitig das Wischen nach unten, um einen Aktualisierungsvorgang durchzuführen.

Das Problem
Google hat kein Beispiel bereitgestellt (zumindest keins, das ich noch finden kann), also habe ich es selbst versucht.
Zuerst bekam ich bei jedem Wischen einen Absturz (NPE), aber dann habe ich herausgefunden, dass das daran lag, dass ich keinen „OnRefreshListener“ dafür bereitgestellt hatte.
Aber ich verstehe immer noch nicht, wie man es benutzt, geschweige denn, es anzupassen

Keine Ahnung, was das ist ActionBarActivity

Was die Anpassung betrifft, können Sie eigentlich nicht viel tun, außer die Farbe des Farbbalkens durch den Aufruf von setColorScheme(int colorResId, int colorResId, int colorResId, int colorResId); zu ändern.

Ich habe dies geschrieben, als diese Klasse (und die ActionBarActivity
Klasse) wurde gerade zum SDK hinzugefügt.Daher haben sich seit dem Schreiben dieser Antwort einige Dinge geändert.Darüber hinaus sollte die Art der von Ihnen verwendeten Aktivität keinen Einfluss auf diese Lösung haben.
setColorScheme
ist jetzt veraltet, setColorSchemeResources(int... colorResIds)
sollte stattdessen verwendet werden.(Sie können dort so viele Farb-IDs einfügen, wie Sie möchten).
setDistanceToTriggerSync(int distance)
kann auch verwendet werden, um festzulegen, wie weit ein Benutzer nach unten wischen muss, um eine Aktualisierung auszulösen.
