Meine python2 Skript-Uploads von Dateien gut mit dieser Methode aber python3 wird Probleme präsentiert, und ich bin fest, wo als nächstes zu gehen (Googeln hat nicht geholfen).

Das Problem ist nicht mit dem Befehl Argumente, aber mit dem dem Dateiobjekt. Da Sie binär sind Speicher müssen Sie geöffnete Datei mit 'rb' Flagge:

>>> ftp.storbinary('STOR myfile.txt', open('myfile.txt', 'rb'))
'226 File receive OK.'
