Unicode Email Message with PHP

Question

I have a problem and can not choose it. I try days, but can not find a correct answer. I want to send Unicode characters with PHP. I add UTF-8 charset to my form to post Unicode data to PHP, but know that must do changes in PHP too. What I need to add into the PHP code? My script is the following and want to receive $comments in Unicode. Thanks in advance!
