Having issues with constraints not looking like I expect them to Xcode Storyboard mode

Question

I'm trying to have my switch hug the right side of the view like it does in portrait mode but when I switch to landscape mode it pretty much ignores my constraint.

The constraints seem to work fine outside of the scrollview.

Any tips or suggestions on how to overcome this? Pictures included to show what I mean

Here we have a constraint from the switch to the trailing space to the container

Here in landscape, the constraint is totally ignored
