How to allow user accept pass code with MS Authentication App or office phone? [closed]

Question

I have enabled conditional access for PowerApps. When user first time sign-in, the screen is asking for his email or mobile number only. A pass code will be sent to their personal email or mobile number for MFA purpose.

I have seen options like MS Authentication App and office phone (send pass code by voice). How can I activate these 2 options?
