Shipping cost not updating on state change for Spain website in multi-store

Question

I'm using Amasty Checkout in multi-store website(Spain & Portugal).

In cart page default country and state was setting from Amasty_Checkout. But estimated shipping cost is displaying only in Portugal website, not in Spain website.

Also when state change shipping cost was not updating. Based on selected region shipping cost is updating only after page load.

We already checked that there is no console errors, but in network we find that the estimate-shipping-methods API was not sending region data in Spain website.
