How to insert data to custom table using repository method in magento 2?

Question

I have a custom table in the custom module, Which is used to save some customer data in the sales_order_after events in the observer. I want to know how to save the data using the Repository method.

How can I inject the repository method to my observer? The question is a little bit vast and tried several ways and no success, Please help me.
