Magento 2: None of the discount code is working

Question

I'm tried of sorting out the discount code issue in our magento 2 website (Magento 2.4.1) . Below is my rule description. I have tried with auto generation as well as manual code. None of them are working.

None of the coupons in our website is working as well.

I always get The Coupon Code get20off is not valid . If you look at the code all I have is one condition based on shipping method. My coupon code is not working in cart/checkout page.

I was trying for a very long time and not sure what I'm missing. If someone can go through the rule and let me know what's missing or what to do, that will be really helpful.

I also checked in database and everything looks good. It will be great if you can guide me how to troubleshoot this scenario.
