Is there a full screen app switcher / manager for macOS?

I'm looking, more or less, for an equivalent to Magnet, Rectangle or Spectacle, but for apps in full screen. Alternatively, I'm looking for an

I often work in split full screen mode: 2/3 of the window given, say, to my browser and 1/3 to a text editor, where I take notes.

If I want to use my text editor alongside a different app, I need to minimize the browser, drag the new app into the full screen mode alongside the text editor, and then resize.

This isn't a huge hassle and I've been doing it for years, but it would be great to streamline this process. Do any apps exist to do this?

Ways it could work (to stimulate recognition)

• Keyboard shortcut launches an app switcher (like macOS's ⌘ + tab) that switches apps into the active window
• An ability to drag apps onto full screen apps to replace them in Mission Control (no need to minimize first)
• A menulet that lets you select the full screen app on either side of the split
