mingw dando error- El compilador de C no puede crear ejecutables

Estoy intentando compilar libgpg-error-1.10 en el sistema operativo Windows 7 de 64 bits, pero obtengo el siguiente error:

¿Alguna idea de cómo puedo resolver este problema?Solo necesito el archivo libgrcrypt .lib para poder usarlos en mi proyecto

Parece que su PATH es incorrecta y gcc no puede encontrar algunos de sus programas de ayuda, como lo demuestra:

Intente ejecutar gcc con un programa de prueba simple en el mismo shell que está usando para configurar y con la misma configuración de PATH, lo más probable es que falle.Es posible que pueda solucionarlo agregando algunos directorios como / mingw / bin a la RUTA.Sin embargo, es más probable que su instalación de gcc esté incompleta o tenga algunas rutas codificadas y luego se haya instalado en una ubicación diferente.
