Spring 3.1 sin XML, solo la configuración no funciona

Así que estoy tratando de implementar las cosas mencionadas en la publicación de blog 3.1 de Spring sobre De XML a @Configuration, pero no quiere funcionar como se supone. Aquí está el Web.xml (y ese es el único XML) que estoy usando y las MVCFeatures y MVCBeans más o menos son lo mismo que en el blog acaban de agregar pocos mis frijoles.

Al intentar lanzar esto, recibo estos mensajes en la consola:

¿Alguna idea sobre que podría ir mal? Por lo que entiendo, creo que no le gustan los valores de parámetros de ContextConfigLocation.

EDITAR: Agregar las MVCFeatures en caso de que ayude.

O establezca los delimitadores de acuerdo a los documentos:

Configuration locations must consist of one or more comma- or space-delimited 
fully-qualified @Configuration classes. Fully-qualified packages may also 
be specified for component-scanning
