Estoy intentando aportar el código en este artículo a VB6, pero estoy experimentando estrellarse. Estoy bastante seguro de que mi error está en mi llamada a SHBindToParent ( MSDN entrada ) desde SHParseDisplayName está regresando 0 (S_OK) y se está estableciendo ppidl. Admito mi mecanismo de ajuste de la riid (I utiliza un tipo equivalente, un UUID) es bastante feo, pero creo que es más probable que estoy haciendo algo mal con psf.

Creo que su llamada a SHBindToParent está fallando porque hay que pasar largos, a continuación, utilizar los punteros devueltos a copiar la memoria en sus tipos. He encontrado varios mensajes cuando busqué en Google la función SHBindToParent que menciona compatibilidad con sistemas operativos, sobre todo 95 y 98. Cuando lo probé en XP SP3 Tengo un error "No se admite esa interfaz."
