Renderización de texto todavía borrosa: ¿la mejor fuente para la aplicación WPF?

Sé que esta es una pregunta muy subjetiva, pero como la representación de texto en WPF sigue siendo un problema, tengo que sacar lo mejor de ella.

En la aplicación WPF, el texto tiende a volverse borrosa que no es ningún secreto. También hay innumerables sitios web sobre este tema y cómo se acerca a este problema. Pero me pregunto ... La confusión de texto parece afectar a algunas fuentes más que otras. Así que todavía estoy buscando la mejor fuente disponible para solucionar este problema.

Hasta ahora todavía estoy usando Arial y no se ve bien. Pero estoy seguro de que alguna otra fuente es más adecuada para la tarea en cuestión.

You could try with the fonts that have been optimized for ClearType. Typically their names will start with a 'c':

Many, but not all, fonts that start with C and come installed with Windows Vista (Cambria, Calibri, Corbel, Candara, Consolas, etc...) have been designed to work well with WPF. In addition to these, fonts with robust outlines like Verdana, Georgia, etc… display well on computer screens.

You probably want to go with WPF 4, as it has all of the nice changes that they made to get VS2010 looking nice.
