Texto en la imagen que no aparece, en la vista previa manejador VS2005 .NET2

hola estoy tratando de mostrar la imagen de mi archivo en el panel previwew soy capaz de mostrar la imagen de mi archivo, pero estoy atascado en la parte donde tengo que escribir algún texto en la imagen antes de añadirlo al panel de vista previa.

Sólo el appease imagen y no el texto, alguna idea de lo que podría hacer falta. gracias

reducirlo también:
