dputting un objet S4

Question

Comment une personne dput() un objet S4? J'ai essayé

require(sp)
require(splancs)
plot(0, 0, xlim = c(-100, 100), ylim = c(-100, 100))
poly.d <- getpoly() #draw a pretty polygon - PRETTY!
poly.d <- rbind(poly.d, poly.d[1,]) # close the polygon because of Polygons() and its kin
poly.d <- SpatialPolygons(list(Polygons(list(Polygon(poly.d)), ID = 1)))
poly.d
dput(poly.d)

Notez que si je dput() un objet S4, je ne peux pas le reconstruire à nouveau. Vos pensées?

À l'heure actuelle, vous ne pouvez pas dput cet objet. Le code de dput contient la boucle suivante:

poignées S4 objets récursive, mais il repose sur l'hypothèse d'un objet S3 ne contiendra pas un objet S4, qui dans votre exemple ne comprend pas:

> isS4(slot(poly.d,'polygons'))
[1] FALSE
> isS4(slot(poly.d,'polygons')[[1]])
[1] TRUE

Modifier Voici un travail autour des limites de dput. Il travaille pour l'exemple que vous avez fourni, mais je ne pense pas que cela fonctionnera en général (par exemple, il ne gère pas les attributs).
