La solution

Votre réponse se trouve dans les espaces de noms importés. Dans le dossier du Kernel, il y a cette clause d'utilisation:

use Symfony\Component\DependencyInjection\Loader\LoaderInterface;

Alors que les liens LoaderInterface à la Symfony\Component\DependencyInjection\Loader\LoaderInterface de classe entièrement espaces de noms.

En gros faire la signature:

public function registerContainerConfiguration(Symfony\Component\DependencyInjection\Loader\LoaderInterface $loader);

Dans votre classe, vous n'importez pas cet espace de noms. Donc, PHP par défaut suppose que la classe est dans votre espace de noms (car aucun des espaces de noms importés ont ce nom d'interface).

est (puisque vous ne déclarez pas un espace de noms) votre signature:

public function registerContainerConfiguration(\LoaderInterface $loader);

Donc, pour les amener à correspondre, il suffit d'ajouter la ligne de use en haut de votre fichier:
