Per l'array di esempio in fondo, voglio poter aggiungere la profondità di ciascun array incorporato all'interno dell'array. ad esempio:

La cosa da notare è che l'array viene passato per riferimento, in modo che possiamo modificarlo. Si noti che utilizziamo anche questo riferimento nella chiamata ricorsiva per impostare Profondità. Anche se ho usato foreach per comodità, la variabile $ value è una copia e passare a setDepth apporterebbe modifiche di breve durata nell'ambito del ciclo foreach.

Sarei più semplice se il tuo array iniziasse con un indice non con valori, quindi un esempio di utilizzo potrebbe essere così:

setdepth(&$arr, 0);

Funzione chiamata " estende " poiché non solo copia l'array in uno nuovo, può anche estendere gli array esistenti.
Per estendere un array dovresti inserirlo come secondo parametro, altrimenti metti un array vuoto. La funzione passa attraverso le proprietà della matrice e verifica se è una matrice o no e se è di nuovo invocata, altrimenti copia i valori in un'altra matrice e la restituisce.
