Costruisci il componente campione XPCOM Mozilla

Question

Sto cercando di costruire il componente XPCOM disponibile qui:http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/xpcom/sample/

Ho provato a compilarlo con il mio makefile, in modo che questo componente potesse essere isolato da tutte le fonti di Mozilla.

Sto cercando di costruirlo con Cygwin sotto Windows (con GCC e G ++ installato).

Quando compilo, sto ricevendo errori e dopo alcune ore di ricerca, ancora non li capisco:

È come se ci fossero errori nel codice Mozilla ... cosa sto facendo di sbagliato?

Wladimir era proprio su un punto: nsisample.h mancava nella compilazione.

Tuttavia, la creazione di questo file non risolverà il problema principale: Mozilla XPCOM non può essere compilato con GCC per Windows!

Lo stesso codice in Visualc ++ Express si compilerà.

Questo è strano, mi chiedo perché abbiano scelto questo compilatore. Non fare come me, non provare GCC per compilare Mozilla XPCOM!

L'errore importante sembra essere questo, il resto sembra errori di follow-up:

nssample.h: 44: 23: nsisample.h: nessun file o directory di questo tipo

Quel file deve essere creato al momento di build da nsISample.idl usando il xpidl strumento riga di comando:

XPIDL -M TESTA NSISAMPLE.IDL

Apparentemente, nelle più recenti versioni SDK Xulrunner che useresti pixpidl invece:

header.py -o nsisample.h nsisample.idl
