Dopo aver aggiunto un nuovo server WFE, non è possibile accedere ai siti di SharePoint

Originale abbiamo solo un server all-in-one. Recentemente aggiungeremo un nuovo server (VM) e decidiamo di usarlo come WFE. Quello vecchio diventerà un server App. Ho seguito la procedura qui: http://technet.microsoft.com/ IT-US / Biblioteca / CC261752 (V= Office.15) .aspx # AddServer

Fondamentalmente installo SharePoint sul nuovo server ed eseguire la Configurazione guidata del prodotto. Ho verificato con un computer client che posso accedere al sito SharePoint (con URL Point to Original Server). Quindi ho aggiornato il file host per avere l'URL punta a nuovo server WFE.

Quando navigo sull'URL ottengo la password richiedente come al solito. Dopo il login 3 volte mi getta una pagina bianca vuota. Ho verificato l'applicazione Web Microsoft SharePoint Foundation è avviata su WFE.

Comunque posso accedere alla pagina di amministrazione centrale presso il server WFE LocalHost utilizzando URL come http: appserver: 30895 /

At the beginning, I have a single VM have SQL, Sharepoint 2013, AD, etc installed. Everything is running fine.

Later, I clone this VM, change this computername (or hostname) and join it to orginial server's farm. I can complete the installation wizard and product configuration wizard. However, as I mentioned in the question, users cannot login using this new server as WFE.

I think the cause is the VM is not clear. It has numberous settings including the AD stuff on server.

So I create a new VM with a blank new install win2008. Install everything and join to the existing farm. Everything is fine this time.

If you installed the system as a "Stand Alone" install (see dialog box in figure 1 of this article) I believe you are not able to add any additional servers to the farm. If this was done, you'll most likely have to completely re-install the farm on your new host, migrate the content databases, then reinstall your original server to join the farm.
