Per quelli di noi che lavorano in C#, nell'SDK di Windows è presente un'applicazione "UACDemo" come parte dei "Cross Technology Samples".Trovano se l'utente corrente è un amministratore utilizzando questo metodo:

Non penso che il tipo di elevazione sia la risposta che desideri.Vuoi solo sapere se è elevato.Utilizza TokenElevation anziché TokenElevationType quando chiami GetTokenInformation.Se la struttura restituisce un valore positivo, l'utente è admin.Se zero, l'utente è ad elevazione normale.
