costruttore semplice con lista di inizializzazione?

Di seguito ho inserito il mio file h, e il mio problema è che il compilatore non è se piace di liste di inizializzazione del costruttore mia semplice della classe di eccezioni. Inoltre sta dicendo che string is undeclared identifier, anche se ho #include <string> nella parte superiore del file h. Vedete cosa sto facendo male? string è nel namespace std, quindi è necessario qualificare: std::string. La lista di inizializzazione ha nulla a che fare con il problema.

In una nota indipendenti, si potrebbe considerare di avere le classi di eccezioni derivano da una delle eccezioni della libreria standard, come std::runtime_error.
