Python標準ライブラリにmultipart/form-dataで符号化されたデータ

今後multipart/form-dataで符号化されたデータです。思った外部モジュールはす: http://atlee.ca/software/poster/index.html ただしされているのではないかと思いこの依存性がある。があるので、この標準ライブラリ?
