Eu tenho essa rotina de API que uso regularmente para capturar a saída do DOS. Recentemente, foi encontrado um bug estranho, onde parece não permitir chamadas de DNS. Por exemplo, o NSLOOKUP retornará o erro "Sem resposta do servidor" com o servidor: desconhecido. O ping funcionará se você fornecer um endereço IP, mas não se precisar fazer uma chamada DNS. Esse problema está completamente isolado para este código.

Qualquer visão sobre esse problema seria apreciada. Winapi não é minha área mais forte.

EDIT: Desculpe por adicionar todas as constantes e tipos, mas eu fiz isso em algo que você pode colar em um módulo e executar para testar para si mesmo em um esforço para facilitar a solução do problema.

Errado lpEnvironment As Any parâmetro. Adicionar ByVal assim
