Meu código é baseado nos métodos descritos aqui e aqui.

Resultado:

O problema aqui é que o percentil 80 é maior que o 90º e o 100º. No entanto, até onde eu sei, minha implementação é a descrita e retorna a resposta certa para o exemplo dado (0.9).
Existe um erro no meu código que não estou vendo? Ou há uma maneira melhor de fazer isto?

Outras dicas
Consegui funcionar. Adicionado -Infinity
para a matriz para que eu pudesse usar os índices no intervalo 1 - N
. Eu também estava multiplicando o valor na última linha da variável errada.
