Проблема здесь заключается в том, что 80-й процентиль выше 90-го и 100-го. Однако, насколько я могу сказать, что моя реализация, как описано, и он возвращает правильный ответ на приведенный пример (0,9).
Есть ли ошибка в моем коде, я не вижу? Или есть лучший способ сделать это?

Получил это работает. Добавлен -Infinity
