В соответствии с официальный (григорианский) календарь, номер недели для 29/12/2008 равен 1, потому что после последнего дня 52-й недели (т.е.28/12) в году осталось три или меньше дня.Немного странно, но ладно, правила есть правила.
Итак, согласно этому календарю, у нас есть эти граничные значения на 2008/2009 год
- 28/12 - это 52-я неделя
- 29/12 - неделя 1
- 1/1 - это неделя 1
- 8/1 - это неделя 2
C # предлагает класс GregorianCalendar, который имеет функцию GetWeekOfYear(date, rule, firstDayOfWeek)
.
Параметр rule
является перечислением с 3 возможными значениями: FirstDay, FirstFourWeekDay, FirstFullWeek
.Из того, что я понял, я должен пойти на FirstFourWeekDay
правило, но я перепробовал их все на всякий случай.

@Conrad прав..NET-реализация DateTime и GregorianCalendar не реализуют / не соответствуют полной спецификации ISO 8601.При этом их спецификация чрезвычайно детализирована и нетривиальна для полной реализации, по крайней мере, для синтаксического анализа.

Номера недель отличаются от страны к стране и должны зависеть от вашего региона / региональных настроек, если я не совсем ошибаюсь.

Я бы ожидал, что респектабельный фреймворк будет подчиняться СТРАНЕ, выбранной в вашей локальной среде выполнения.
По моему опыту, продемонстрированное поведение является типичным поведением, относящимся к частично завершающей неделе как к неделе 53.Возможно, это связано с тем, что все значительные воздействия, с которыми я сталкивался при работе с номерами недель, были связаны с учетом конца календарного года для целей отчетности, а IRS (или налоговое агентство по вашему выбору) считает, что календарный год заканчивается 31 декабря, а не последней полной неделей года.

В качестве обходного маневра вы могли бы сказать, что номер недели - WeekNumber mod 52 .Я полагаю, что это сработало бы в тех случаях, которые вы описываете.
