gem install rmagick breaks

Question

I can't figure out what is the problem installing rmagick.

It seems that I have all the dependencies:

What does mean that "You have to install development tools first."? I'm on a SuSE server, this are the release details:

SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 (x86_64) VERSION = 11 PATCHLEVEL = 2

I resolved myself removing the ImageMagick installed and compiled the new one from the source:

wget ftp://ftp.imagemagick.org/pub/ImageMagick/ImageMagick.tar.gz
gunzip -c ImageMagick.tar.gz | tar xvf -
cd ImageMagick-6.x.x
./configure --with-webp=no  #SuSE doens't like it
make; make install

then I happly installed rmagick
