Youtube API only search for videos

Question

I'm making a websites that lets the user put in two keywords that it will search on in the YouTube API, but my problem is. Sometime it returns a channel instead of a video. How can i make it to return only videos?

This is my current code;

In function getRequest(), in your search options, delete "kind" and you should set type: video.
