لا أحد يعرف رمز R لحساب فهرس مخدر بالمر الجفاف (PDSI)؟[مغلق]

فهرس مخدر بالمر الجفاف هو واحد من أكثر مؤشرات الرطوبة / الجفاف شعبية حولها. هناك حزمة في ص تسمى SPEI التي تسمح بحساب اثنين من مؤشرات الجفاف الشعبية الأخرى (مؤشر هطول الأمطار الموحد ومؤشر هطول الأمطار والبهارات الموحدة).أعتقد أنه يجب أن يكون هناك بعض الحزمة لحساب مؤشرات الرطوبة الأخرى وخاصة PDSI ولكني لم أتمكن من العثور على واحد بنفسي.

This is the link for .exe file / C++ code that achieves the same.

It contains a manual that describes the input/ output file formats.

I hope that someones skilled enough can write a wrapper for this

A tool has been created for MatLab:

Now library scPDSI is available in R for calculation of Palmer Drought Severity Index.
