أعتقد أنني وجدت إجابتي. عند استخدامه مع إطار الكيان ، لا يدعم SQL CE المفاتيح الأولية المزروعة تلقائيًا:

كان الحل الخاص بي هو التخلص من EF تمامًا واستخدام LINQ إلى SQL. أنا بسعادة استخدم حقل الهوية كمفتاح أساسي دون أي مشاكل على الإطلاق.

إذا جربت هذا في VS2010 ، فستضرب Gotcha آخر - سيقول VS أن L2S لا يدعم SQL Compact ، ولكن في الواقع يفعل. افتح موجه أوامر Visual Studio وتشغيله:

sqlmetal filename.sdf /dbml:filename.dbml

ثم أضف ملف DBML إلى المشروع كعنصر موجود.
