与MS支持合作，最终使它起作用。我们必须做的几件事：

1）将LDAPConnectionTime Out值增加到用户配置文件代理上的60秒。有关如何做的更多信息，可以在 Spence的 最新的 UP Sync文章.

2）将SharePoint服务器上的“ LDAP客户端安全要求”更改为“协商签名”为“无”。这可以在本地策略 - >安全选项 - >“网络安全：LDAP客户端签名要求”下找到。
