STSADM: enumallwebs -includefeatures question

I cant seem to find any documentation on what the -includefeatures parameter does. Obviously it returns features in the output of the stsadm command, but is it deployed or activated features?

Yes it doesn't seem to be documented very well. It appears that it only displays activated features, both visible in the UI and hidden in the UI.

This method shows features, setupfiles and eventrecievers that are currently installed on the site. This seems to be helpful if you are planing to migrate to 2010.
