yammer和oneedrive问题！

我们都知道微软不会在SharePoint上开发社交内容，向前移动的方向是使用Yammer，所以我有几个问题：

1. 如果一个人离开公司并且他有一个yammer帐户，我们如何控制和删除该帐户？
2. 显然管理不想有oneedrive，因为他们已经使用了我的文档，他们每天备份每个设备我的文档文件夹，可以禁用OnedRive吗？

I'm not sure if one can actually disable/remove OneDrive integration in SP2013, but you could at least remove the link, as mentioned here and for your convenience:
