我认为问题是您使用的Chef版本（10.14.2）与 java 食谱。

实施 java_ark 食谱上的资源提供程序正在尝试使用 header 厨师的方法 remote_file 资源，当它下载Oracle安装程序。问题是 header 方法只在 remote_file Chef11.6.0中的资源（通过我在Github上阅读chef源代码）。

解决方案是升级到最新版本的Chef，或者使用旧版本的 java 与厨师10一起工作的食谱。x.（后者可能是一个坏主意。..除非您准备在相关属性中手动设置最新的Oracle下载URL和校验和。..)
