解决方案

实际上你没有暂停你的线程(要严格,没有暂停线程这样的东西)。你结束了你的线程。

当您调用PAUSE()时,将isRunning标志设置为false,这使得线程退出循环并线程结束。当您再次将“isRunning”设置为true时,线程将无法重新启动。

实际上你不能重用Java中的线程,你必须创建一个新的线程,因为线程循环结束后,它已经死了。
