SUPEE-9767 v2 can't be applied

Question

I'm trying to install SUPEE-9767 but it failed with the following return :

I tried to replace those files with github one but it won't work either.

I also read about missing SUPEE-7405 but it was needed prior to Magento 1.9.2.4 (which is my release)

And I don't get debug message about saving rejects. Couldn't find these files...

You will check magereport.com any patches are missing. if missing please apply that patches.

Download the what your version using and and compare the file any space or any code change in that file.
