Transfer values from product view to checkout

Question

I have customized the Product View page with different settings.

For example, the customer can choose whether he wants a special delivery type or how long he needs the device. The selection also changes the price.

Is it possible to attach these values to the order and thus the checkout and adjust the price there? I find it difficult to do this via attributes because there are only 3 swatches (drop-down, text) and I use for example Datepicker, which has no own swatch.
