How to reorder “My Returns” left navigation link in My Account page in frontend (magento2.3(EE))

How to reorder "My Returns" link in left navigation section in My Account page in magento 2

I have tried like below

1. I have override the Magento_Rma/layout/customer_account.xml in my theme, and added sort order to that link, nothing works.

2.I have added before="-" nothing works.

3 Tried to move block by using below code

nothing works

Please guide me to sort out this
