这通常是因为albd没有运行。
实际上， 正在运行，但ClearCase尝试联系错误的主机。

尝试：

mkview -snapshot -tag battjo6r_view2 -vws \\Eh40yd4c\Views\battjo6r_view2.vws -host Eh40yd4c -hpath \\Eh40yd4c\Views\battjo6r_view2.vws -gpath \\Eh40yd4c\Views\battjo6r_view2.vws battjo6r_view2

即：hpath = gpath。
