404 Not Found After changing HTTP to HTTPS

I have recently installed a SSL certificate on my VPS and I've been trying to make it work with the Magento store.
HTTP works just fine but it won't work when I'm using HTTPS. I changed the Secure Base URL on admin panel and It was not loading css and js files.
I managed to fix it changing the "Sign Static Files" to NO on Stores > Configuration > Advanced > Developer > Static Files Settings, now it's loading properly. But I can't access any page on store. I've got the same error on any page.
Any solutions ?

Lösung
It looks like an Apache misconfiguration.
Could you please share your vhost and main apache configuration?
It may be related with the AllowOverride condition that is too restrictive on the 443 configuration.
(Assuming that you are using Ubuntu 18.04 and that you are using /var/www/html)
Edit the main configuration and change the following:
<Directory /var/www/html/>
Options +FollowSymLinks -Includes
AllowOverride None
Require all granted
</Directory>
For
<Directory /var/www/html/>
Options +FollowSymLinks -Includes
AllowOverride All
Require all granted
</Directory>
And finaly reload Apache
service apache2 reload
You may also:
1) Add the following to your port 443 vhost:
AllowOverride All
2) grep files for that particular configuration:
grep "AllowOverride None" /etc/apache2/* -R
Specific Apache files to look for:
apache.conf
(your vhost).conf
In any cases, that sounds more like a server misconfiguration and less like a Magento issue...

Did you reindex and clean/flush the cache?

Make sure your virtual host settings are configured for ssl in apache config.
