How to control the cookies to not to set before the user agreement?

Question

[Magento v2.4.2] I am using amasty 2.5.2 for GDPR complaint. It is very easy to configure in the Backend. The only problem is it sets cookie once the page loaded . I just want to set the essential cookies only after the user gave his consent, not in the page onload or before the user consent. Marketing and other cookies are working as expected. Cookiebot fails my website in the complaint. How to stop this? Is there any workaround for this issue?
