Social PopUp Wordpress plugin work only on IE

I have installed on my Wordpress website social popup plugin, but it is displayed only with IE. I don't understand what is the problem. Can you help me? Thanks a lot.

It shows up for me just fine on Chrome, Safari, and Firefox on Mac.
