OK, es endlich geschafft, um diesen Fehler zu bekommen. Es war nichts mit dem MQ zu tun, um seine selbst zu installieren. Ich wusste, dass es irgendeine Art von Netzwerk-Problem ist, so änderte ich die Hostnamen Einstellungen in websphere vom Hostnamen in den IP der Box und alles hat gut funktioniert.
