Publish and play stream video/audio with Red5

Question

I've made a small test app that uses camera of my iOS device to send the video via NetStream to the server and an app that receives stream from the RTMP server.

As the server I chose Red5. The problem is that most links on the official web-site are not available. The info on the web isn't very helpful. Red5 1.0 doesn't seem to work on Mac, so 0.9 was the installed. However there are no options available, opening the app does't have any settings, no setting in the menu either.

The question is - how do I start the server to send data to it and access the server to play the stream?
