Solution

For a French Windows 7, the answer is:

net localgroup "Utilisateurs du Bureau à distance"
net localgroup "Utilisateurs du Bureau à distance" /add mydomain\mylogin
net localgroup "Utilisateurs du Bureau à distance" /delete mydomain\mylogin
