Open Source Vacation Management System? [closed]

Question

Has anyone found any open source (or freeware) vacation management system that they like and currently use? We would prefer that it run in Windows/IIS, which there are a lot fewer free products for, but one can only hope.

For anyone still looking: http://www.orangehrm.com/home.shtml has a lot of these features, however it is written in PHP. But for a free solution, it's great.
