All sbt plugins not found

Question

when I use the sbt command in my project

$sbt

All my plugins are not found. Here is the content of my project/plugins.sbt

It looks like I'm missing a very basic step somewhere in configuring sbt or getting my plugins.

My sbt version is sbt 0.11.3. It's my first project with sbt.

Head over to scala-sbt.org to find the latest stable version (as of April 2014, it's 0.13.2).

If for some reason you have to use sbt 0.11.3, here are the plugin versions you could try:

addSbtPlugin("com.eed3si9n" % "sbt-assembly" % "0.8.7")

addSbtPlugin("com.typesafe.sbt" % "sbt-scalariform" % "1.0.0")

I wasn't able to find the other plugins for sbt 0.11.3. Not sure if they existed back then.
