The message says it all: you're trying to autowire reactor in the bean whose role is to create the reactor. It's useless, and causes the exception you get. Remove those 3 autowired fields from your ReactorConfig class.

once again, the error message is very clear:
Error creating bean with name 'latch' defined in class path resource [com/gioveviaggi/hsw/ReactorConfig.class]: Unsatisfied dependency expressed through constructor argument with index 0 of type [java.lang.Integer]
The latch() method takes an Integer as argument. How could Spring know which value to pass as argument if you don't tell it? You need to define a bean or a configured value for this integer. Or to hardcode the value and not pass it as argument to the method.
